Collaboration with Edie Tsong

Forget Your Perfect Offering is community altar and performance series exploring the search for meaning through objects arrangement, ancestral worship, performance, and celebration of everyday life. The altar seeks to blend religions, icons, traditions and everyday objects. Through the building of the altar, the artists create moments of community and introspection while highlighting the cross cultural nature of the ritual. Cooper and Tsong invite a spectrum of local artists to be the living deities of the altar.
